This storage company and facility made my life very easy with it Manager Alex explaining everything and understanding my needs. I was amazed at the facility cleanliness and if Alex wasn't helping a customer in the office, he was cleaning or assisting a customer with their purchases to the car. Being dedicated to customer service, professional attitude and easy access at any time to your locker with great security was a plus. I would recommend this location for anyone's storage requirements.

Had a fantastic experience storing my items here. The facility is secure, and hours to access the unit are great. Management was informative and polite both through the “move in” and “move out” process, and were a pleasure to speak to. Will be using them again should I have any storage needs in the future!

Outstanding over the phone Booking experience with Alex from Coquitlam location. He did it the way that I didn't even have to see my units before I was ready to bring in my vehicles. Paper work was done thoroughly, but it didn't took long. If in doubt, try it for yourself.

Recently, I was getting help to find the best storage fit for my desires from Alex in Sentinel of the Barnet Hwy, And I will be so happy working with him again, as he went through everything, explaining to me any possibilities to make life easier for me. I can't thank him enough, Strongly recommend this place. Matt
