I was recommended by a friend to use this storage facility. He had been using storage facilities in the Langley and Surrey area for years, but when he found this, he said barn. This is the best storage facility ever seen so when he told me that I went and checked it out and I had never had a storage locker before and this is my first storage locker ever and I am so happy that I made this choice because Like my friend said this is a Cadillac edition storage facility. This is the top of the line music heated facility washrooms. The manager Christopher has been one of the best parts of the facility So engaging and uplifting, and always there to help you out with whatever He makes having a storage locker that much better.

We have been customers of Fremont Storage since they first opened their doors. The facility is well maintained, clean and secure. Over the years we have also received exceptional customer service, particularly from Phil. The only negative is that since the new ownership took place our rental fees have increased significantly, and have changed from monthly payments to every four weeks.
Having said that, we are happy with this facility and their services for storing our belongings.

I used the Fremont storage space back many years ago with the owner-management Phil who was awesome. When I returned just a month ago, I am most delighted to find out it’s not just another corporate acquisition. Make Storhar makes this as personal as it was before — they had my file as a return customer — and added the vigour of professional storage management to the facility. Love it !!

I have been renting a storage unit here since 2021 and am extremely happy with the facility. Very clean, secure, and well taken care of building. The prices are quite reasonable and customer service is great! I would highly recommend checking Make Space Storage out if you are in need of some extra storage space!

I've been a customer at Make Space for about 18months. Until just a few months ago when there was a change in staffing, I had always found the facilities spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, since the changed in staffing, I have yet to find the restrooms fully stocked with tissue and Clean. I've visited on consecutive days and found the same shoeprint on a toilet bowl. That tells me that nobody either checked it in two days or deemed it something that should be cleaned.
Otherwise, the rest of the facility is still Very clean. Billing happens on schedule and for the correct amount. I've rarely found it 'busy' & always found carts available. The elevators are clean and work as one would expect, well. When I've spoken to staff, they've been helpful.
I'd encourage staff to make a greater effort to keep the restrooms stocked and clean.
