I have been using Lougheed Maple Leaf storage for 5 months now, and they have been the best storage experience I have had. Everyone at the faciltiy has been super friendly and understanding. The customer service at this facility has shown to be unmatchable. The storage units are well laid out, well lit and well taken care of. Originally I was worried about moisture with the BC rain (I came from Alberta), but all my things have remained completely safe from the elements and even the humidity. I would recommend this specific location if you wish to have a good experience. There are many storage facilities between where I am living and where this facility is, but I find its more than worth the little bit of extra travel time.

Excellent service with good price
We needed a place to store some items for three months, and after searching online and visiting several in person, we finally chose this self-storage . 1，Very affordable price; monthly price (not four weeks) , and online payments are supported. 2， Clean and tidy. 3，Very convenient access. If your storage unit is on the second floor (even better price), there is an elevator and large flatbed carts; the storage area has spacious aisles and two main entrances. 4，Lockers are open from 6 AM to 9 PM. 5，Safe and secure: password required for entry and out, and there are security cameras also. 6，If you need to move out, you only need to give one week's notice.
Manager Kelly was warm and friendly, patiently showing us the various sizes and prices of the storage units and how many items could be stored. She is very happy to provide customer service. Thanks.

The staff Kelly and Jona have been most kind and helpful! Jona was very patient helping me answer all my questions and get me signed up for a storage unit. The units are very clean, well lit and I feel very confident with the security of the place. The best price I could find and it's easily accessible. Moving everything in was a breeze! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a self storage place.

The cleanest and best maintained self storage facility and unit ever!
Family and friends helping load and unload my possessions were amazed at how clean and well-maintained the unit and entire facility were at Maple Leaf Self Storage on Lougheed Highway.
The unit ceiling lights are a valuable safety feature illuminating the entire space ensuring I was never in the dark especially at the rear of the unit. I always felt safe despite my extreme exhaustion from moving cross-country particularly knowing that someone lives onsite as well.
Kelly the manager was extremely helpful, kind and professional in assisting with selecting the appropriate unit size for my needs. Her colleague did the same when I was considering outdoor storage options.
Maple Leaf Self Storage pricing was competitive, in a convenient location and my unit was easily accessible. This was the perfect self-storage option for me, as I was moving into the region and needed a space for storage as well as to sort and repack my furniture and possessions.

Kelly the manager is the most kind, helpful person! She helped me pick the best storage unit for my needs and it was a rate I could afford! She made the whole process very easy and the unit held all my belongings perfectly and was very clean. The buildings are easy to access and there are always lots of trolleys to help move your things. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend them!
