Excellent service with good price
We needed a place to store some items for three months, and after searching online and visiting several in person, we finally chose this self-storage . 1，Very affordable price; monthly price (not four weeks) , and online payments are supported. 2， Clean and tidy. 3，Very convenient access. If your storage unit is on the second floor (even better price), there is an elevator and large flatbed carts; the storage area has spacious aisles and two main entrances. 4，Lockers are open from 6 AM to 9 PM. 5，Safe and secure: password required for entry and out, and there are security cameras also. 6，If you need to move out, you only need to give one week's notice.
Manager Kelly was warm and friendly, patiently showing us the various sizes and prices of the storage units and how many items could be stored. She is very happy to provide customer service. Thanks.

Khushi is the best of the best. I lost my credit card and the auto-payment I had set up with it didn’t go through. I was worried that a late penalty would be charged, but she relieved me first and then explained the late fee procedure very clearly. She was attentive and also professional. So positive experience with her👍👍

Had some things stored here for just over 5 years. Everything was exactly as I had stored it, no dust even on any bins or boxes. Kelly, the manager was amazing! If I missed the payment due date, she always sent a reminder email so I could pay it before late fees were added on. When I was leaving the unit I needed a few extra days and she was very amenable and didn’t charge me for the extra days past my original move out date. I will definitely use this location again when I need to store or during a move.

The staff Kelly and Jona have been most kind and helpful! Jona was very patient helping me answer all my questions and get me signed up for a storage unit. The units are very clean, well lit and I feel very confident with the security of the place. The best price I could find and it's easily accessible. Moving everything in was a breeze! Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a self storage place.

The cleanest and best maintained self storage facility and unit ever!
Family and friends helping load and unload my possessions were amazed at how clean and well-maintained the unit and entire facility were at Maple Leaf Self Storage on Lougheed Highway.
The unit ceiling lights are a valuable safety feature illuminating the entire space ensuring I was never in the dark especially at the rear of the unit. I always felt safe despite my extreme exhaustion from moving cross-country particularly knowing that someone lives onsite as well.
Kelly the manager was extremely helpful, kind and professional in assisting with selecting the appropriate unit size for my needs. Her colleague did the same when I was considering outdoor storage options.
Maple Leaf Self Storage pricing was competitive, in a convenient location and my unit was easily accessible. This was the perfect self-storage option for me, as I was moving into the region and needed a space for storage as well as to sort and repack my furniture and possessions.
