Derek went over and above to make sure that everything ran smoothly for me to rent the storage locker for a short time. Everything was clean, and getting in after hours was no problem. I would certainly use Sentinel again if I need storage.

Derek was amazing in helping me with check-in, as well as explaining all of the guidelines and directions to my unit. It's my first time renting a storage unit and he was super helpful in making it seamless!

Our office had a rushed move and needed to store large items within a short timeframe. We found Sentinel via Google and decided to give them a try. At every step of the way, the Sentinel Schoolhouse team was incredibly helpful and supportive with all of our questions and concerns. They were transparent throughout the entire process and were upfront about costs.
As it was our first experience using a storage unit, I wanted to give a special shout-out to managers, Alex Vasilyev and Derek Jang. Alex scheduled an in-person tour to show me the units and gain a better sense of the facility. He also tried to identify better storage options for our items. Derek had multiple phones calls with me to walk me through all the paperwork and was able to consolidate our storage units within the same building for ease of furniture transportation for our movers. Derek also assisted us on the day of the move to ensure we were all good to go.
I cannot express how amazing this experience has been. Every team member we have interacted with has been kind and patient. If you are looking for a storage facility, you are in great hands with Derek and Alex!

Derrick was warm, friendly and informative. He gave me detailed information and when I needed to change my storage area size he quickly accommodated me with no need for me to go back into the office. Pleasant experience and good deal right now!

Had a variety of storage selections for our needs. And when we needed to stop using the storage unit it was easy to get a refund when I was charged for a month I wasn’t going to use. Very helpful😁
