"QUICK & AMAZING"
Look for Derrick (site manager) and we received exceptional customer services including great deals - you would not get those from other competitors nearby.
I had to be away for 4 weeks visiting my family, and this place provided safe/private place for my vehicle & other home furniture. They do have a variety of storages depending on your needs (storage was heated 24/7) with your own lock.
*Derrick responded my inquiry/questions even though I was contacting him from Korea & Vietnam, and it did help us when we were out of country.
- Gate door is easy to use, available 24/7 when you have access code.
- Friendly staffs just like your local neighbors.
Overall, I and my partner had seamless journey with this location, and I highly recommend if someone is looking for storage options in Coquitlam.
I also visited other storage vendors nearby (Tri-Cities) before my trip, but I'm definitely coming back to this location.

We had been feeling really frustrated after visiting another storage facility, so we decided to come here instead. We're so glad we did! Booked a 5X10 storage with Sentinel Coquitlam for 12 weeks at a very good price as there were some offers at that time. It was very quick and easy to book and accessible even late night. The exit process was also very smooth. We received exceptional customer service experience by Derek throughout the process. We will definitely consider this storage again if there is a need in future.
