"QUICK & AMAZING"
Look for Derrick (site manager) and we received exceptional customer services including great deals - you would not get those from other competitors nearby.
I had to be away for 4 weeks visiting my family, and this place provided safe/private place for my vehicle & other home furniture. They do have a variety of storages depending on your needs (storage was heated 24/7) with your own lock.
*Derrick responded my inquiry/questions even though I was contacting him from Korea & Vietnam, and it did help us when we were out of country.
- Gate door is easy to use, available 24/7 when you have access code.
- Friendly staffs just like your local neighbors.
Overall, I and my partner had seamless journey with this location, and I highly recommend if someone is looking for storage options in Coquitlam.
I also visited other storage vendors nearby (Tri-Cities) before my trip, but I'm definitely coming back to this location.

am very happy with the service I received. The store manager, Derek Jang, was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service was excellent, and he made everything easy and stress-free.

Had a great experience with Sentinel Storage, and a big part of that was thanks to Derek, the storage manager. He has been extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Derek took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers and goes the extra mile. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and managed with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate Derek’s excellent customer service and highly recommend this Sentinel Storage location.

Highly recommend this company! My husband Glen needed to store our 56 TBird during garage repairs. Derek and Jackie could not have been more helpful. They arranged a unit for an unbelievable great rate. Impressive customer service at the best rate, what’s not to love! Recommend without hesitation or reservation.
