Very helpful customer support. Everything was explained to me properly. Varun, the assistant manager was super helpful. Only feedback is that they should keep more dollies and maybe slightly better ones. When it’s busy it’s hard to find one. Also, parking spots to offload stuff need to be marked . People would sometimes just block the entrance.

I'm currently using Sentinel Storage to store my stuff and the customer service that I received from the manager, Derek, and the asst manager, Varun, has been exceptional. They have been very helpful, friendly and professional. And when I had an issue with my pass code last Sunday, a quick call to Derek (who wasn't even working that day) immediately came to my rescue and solved the problem for me. Thank you, Derek! We briefly rented a storage locker while we were decluttering our home for sale. The process was such a breeze. I loved the fact that we could come and go whenever it was convenient for us. 7am, 10pm, etc... whenever we had time. The facility was very clean, well-kept, and seemed very safe & secure.
