I needed a place quickly and was able to secure the size I needed right away. Alex called me right away to get the locker set up and gave me all the info I needed. He was friendly but professional and thorough. Made sure knew how everything worked and gave me a tour of the facility. The space is extremely clean and well maintained, convenient location, and secure.

Very nice and professional service by the store manager Aleks. He answered the question asked by my wife about the promotion of the first month for free: If the customer empties the storage before the end of the first month, does he have to pay extra money or not? Aleks replied that he loves answering this question and of course you can empty the storage before the end of the month without additional fees. I really like this approach of the company. And as for the place, it is safe and clean with very easy and convenient access to the stored items.

100% recommended. The booking with the reservation desk “Chantelle” was amazingly simple, very clear and brief (to the point) and easy. With Alex: while checking-in: it was again great: it was simple. Thank you both.
