Storguard Coquitlam

10 stars plus. I have looked at MANY storage locations over the past 4 months. But it wasn't until I walked into Storguard that I realized oh this is how storage locations should be. Firstly there is ample parking which was fantastic and then going inside I was greeted by 2 gentlemen 1 being Craig or as I like to refer to him now as my angel. They slowly went through the options for me and then Craig took me up and showed me the locker locations that were available. Let me say this storage facility is beyond spotless the customer service was unbelievable and to boot the prices were less than most of the locations I looked at I got a bigger locker for less money. Though technically it may not be climate controlled the fact that the lockers internally are surrounded by the building I would say they're as close to climate controlled without officially being climate control that you can get. Your options are endless for what kind of locker you need internal or external. After deciding that this locker was definitely for me I was told that if you pay for a year you get the 13th month free which is great you also get 25% off the moving supplies that are there and I was given a wash card as there's a car wash attached to this facility. It is extremely safe with cameras being everywhere and a beautiful Parking station where you can bring your moving trucks in and unload them at the Bay door they also offer you free dollies to use. I really can't say enough about this facility it was just such a wonderful experience and I just feel like I've wasted so much time by not going there first. So if you're looking for storage don't waste your time go right to store guard he won't be disappointed. Bravo for the great customer service!!!!

Rented a unit here for almost a year! I did my original move in with Chris who was super helpful and showed me all the options available. These storage facilities are the cleanest and designed with storage spaces in mind. Climate controlled, pest controlled, always maintained and best of all. I’ve used Sentinel in the neighborhood and Storguard is unmatched at all levels. Affordable, neat, organized. I was assisted by Greg for my move out and he was courteous, patient and friendly! We had a chance to have some fun conversation as I was wrapping up my move out. Overall will be using their facilities again and again. My name is Daniel and for privacy reasons you see otherwise.

This is by far the most affordable and well maintained storage location I managed to find in my search. The mezzanine units will be the cheapest, and there are multiple options to choose from though they were almost all out when I started renting. As the other reviews have mentioned, if you are renting a mezzanine unit it does require a bit of strength and you have to carry your items up and down the stairs trolley, but consider it a nice workout :)

Impressive customer service with informative and helpful staff. Location is great together with the Shine Auto wash. The units seem very secure, so we're more than satisfied and would highly recommend! :)
